I was recently searching the Internet for: Cape Coral property and what I found was interesting. Did you know that if you are selling your home without hiring a listing broker that you can dig up a licensed agent and home mortgage lender to lend a hand you and they won’t even charge you .
I did my research and I exposed that this really is for real . I speculate why more Cape Coral licensed agent s and Loan Officers have not jumped on this bandwagon .
