Dulcimer, a sweet voice

Soft pedaling plucks resound off of delicate strings. These are the sounds of an instrument with more history than that bass guitar ever dreamed of. It takes only a short while of listening to the dulcimer to know there is history here. There is a sound from days long gone by for our species, where we sat around rustic villages tackling the biggest questions of the day, how do we make more beautiful music. Trying out various contraptions someone settled onto this little angel of an instrument and created some of the most beautiful single instrument sounds I have ever heard. I offer my thanks to history for this.
